is warm in summer and mild in winter. Does not have the
summer humidity of Durban, or the cold winters of JHB &
Cape Town. |

in the coastal area with the highest sunshine hours of
any South African coast, averaging about 7 - 8 hours a
day throughout the year. |

| Lazy
Haven is a few kilometers inland, minimizing the evening
winds from the sea. |

Rain
falls mainly in the spring and summer (October-March),
but averages no more than about 100mm (4invhes in the
wettest months. The area does not have the acute water
shortage currently afflicting Cape Town. |
